Five level human pyramid on senior campus in 1917. The man in the middle of the bottom row is Mike Dorizas. Dorizas was a two-time Olympian, competing in 1908 and 1912. He earned a bronze medal in the stone throw and a silver medal in the javelin, competing for Greece. In 1914, he broke the collegiate javelin record with a throw of 169 feet, 6 ¼ inches, which earned him All-America status. He was also a three time U.S. Intercollegiate wrestling champion. He later became a professor at the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce at the University of Pennsylvania.
